Introduction:
It is estimated that, in America there are 11 million meetings held each day. Because we spend a significant amount of time in meetings, it is vital that they be necessary and productive. Several factors contribute to ineffective meetings: lack of planning, lack of a solid agenda, and an absence of someone to coordinate the process of the meeting.
