Introduction:
Leadership is the ability to influence people toward a common goal. It is the ability to inspire in others a shared vision and to motivate others to bring that vision into reality.
It is a fallacy to say, "Leaders are born, not made." Leadership is neither inherited nor issued--it is an acquired ability gained by hard work.
