Introduction:
Our country has changed from a melting pot into a homeland filled with diverse peoples. As the shift to a highly diverse workforce continues, organizations must work to understand, accept, and capitalize on these differences. Recognizing, appreciating, valuing, nurturing and utilizing the unique talents and contributions of all individuals can mean greater creativity and can result in a deeply enriched and strengthened organization, capable of greater innovation and capacity for change.
